Our Flexible Returns Policy

We stand behind our premium activewear, but understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Philadelphia support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 48 hours with:

• Return authorization number
• Shipping instructions (we cover return shipping for defective items)
• International return address (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely with the original tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t process returns we don’t receive.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

• Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
• Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days (subject to availability)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Bras with removed hygiene liners
• Onesies with detached tags
• Any items showing signs of wear or washing

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal):

• Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing (bank processing times may vary)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
